These terms of use apply to the KeyMoment website, operated by Key Moment Ltd, trading as KeyMoment (company number 17350405; registered in England and Wales; registered office A6 Kingfisher House, Kingsway, Gateshead, NE11 0JQ). By using this website you agree to these terms. Content on this website is provided for information only. Property availability and details may change.

Website information does not guarantee a tenant, a particular rent, rental value, letting speed, referencing success, compliance, mortgage or insurance availability, portal advertising, or continuous website availability. Property details and third-party links are provided in good faith but without warranty of accuracy. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

These website terms are separate from any landlord Terms of Business or Property Service Order agreed for a specific instruction.

Key collection

• The £500 Tenant Find fee does not include collecting keys from departing tenants, landlords or previous agents. Landlords normally arrange this themselves.
• Optional key collection is available at £45 per appointment on weekdays during normal business hours, or £75 per appointment on a Saturday or Sunday. Weekends are normally non working days, so weekend appointments are subject to availability and prior booking. Prices are totals and no VAT is currently charged.
• Written landlord acceptance of the charge is required before any collection is booked. Any complimentary collection applies only where KeyMoment has expressly included it in writing.
• Key collection covers receiving the keys and recording the keys received. It is not an inventory, check out report or condition inspection.
• Additional travel, if any, is quoted and agreed before booking.
• This applies to new instructions. Inclusions already confirmed in writing or in accepted client terms are honoured and no retrospective charges are made. Check in and handover tasks included in an agreed Tenant Find instruction are unaffected.
